The CAT7 cable supports up to 600MHz frequency bandwidth and also
supports 10GBASE-T Ethernet. In addition, the CAT7 cable
significantly reduces cross-talk noise compared to the CAT6 and
CAT6A cables

1. RJ45 crystal head is a connector with 8 pins, which is mainly
used in Ethernet. "RJ" represents the registered jack, "45"
represents the serial number of interface standard. RJ45 crystal
head is usually terminated on Ethernet cable to connect various
network devices, such as computers, routers, switches, etc.
2. RJ45 crystal head is a connector with 8 grooves and 8 contacts
(8p8c), while RJ11 crystal head usually has only 6 grooves and 4
contacts (6p4c), so the volume of RJ45 crystal head is larger than
RJ11 crystal head. RJ11 crystal head can usually be inserted into
RJ45 interface, otherwise it can't, but it is strongly recommended
not to use RJ11 crystal head for RJ45 interface.
